Sibel’s POV

"You don't even know how I became Chief, do you?" Eileen spat, her anger evident. "Do you think they just hand out the title to anyone? I've worked hard to earn my position, and I won't let some insolent Omega like you question my worthiness."

I was still holding my face in pain, looking up at Eileen with a mix of shock and defiance. "I don't know how you got to be Chief, but I do know that being one requires a lot. And from what I've seen, you're lacking in those areas."

Eileen's face turned red with rage as she stepped closer to me. "How dare you," she hissed. "I'll have you know that I've led this pack with strength and wisdom for years. And I won't be questioned by some lowly Omega like you."

"As I said before, you don't meet the standards," I repeated firmly.

"How dare you speak to me like that, you insolent Omega!" Eileen shouted, her face flushed with fury. "Guards!"

The guards outside rushed into Eileen's office, responding to her summons.
