Chap Forty six The first time

"I wouldn't have expected to see you awake". Cesare stepped inside the room to see her standing by the window. She turned to face him. He could tell she already had her bath as she let her hair fall freely this time downed in one of his shirts which she has come to especially often especially at night. The black shirt looked alluring on her as it ended at her mid thighs.

"I thought of gazing at the stars. How was your meeting?" she asked with a smile as she got in front of him and insisted on removing his coat which he finally gave in.

"I've been doing this for you don't you remember?". She asked, referring to the suit issue.

"Well, since you decided not to be my wife any more I can't possibly allow you to do her responsibilities". He replied. Leniela almost believed from his tone that he was sad.

"Wife huh, I thought you only had a 'paper Wife'". Leniela asked with a chuckle.

"What if l say I want that wife of mine to be a real wife. Is she available?" He asked cheesily.

"Nope"
