The rest of the night was magical, we talked, laughed, cuddled and even made out, it was like the night would never end and I didn't want it to. As Ashton lay on my lap asleep, I watched him as he slept peacefully.

Suddenly my phone rang in my pocket, almost making me jump but thankfully I was able to bring it out without waking Ashton up. I looked at the screen and saw the ID: Susan. I picked.

Me: Susan, this isn't a great time. What is it?

I asked.

Susan: We have a situation Adira and I'm sorry but you have to come back.

Susan said seriously.

Me: Details now!

I said trying to be as quiet as possible. Susan explained how some of our girls were ambushed by a new gang group in town trying to exact dominance because they have ties with the black arrow. That name always brought bad memories.
