Chapter 12
Draco What the hell had he done? he dialed her number repeatedly but there was no response on her end. He knew he was being ignored, not that he could blame her, he should've told her right from the moment he saw her, but he couldn't bring himself to do it. How could he have explained that he was hired to assassinate her, but he'd caught feelings instead. It wouldn't have made much sense. He had planned on keeping the info away from her for as long as possible, not wanting to scare her off, but now he'd ruined the trust they'd managed to build and he had no idea on how to fix it. He sighed in exasperation as his call went to voicemail again for the hundredth time. He had no idea on what to say to salvage the situation. He still didn't know how much of the texts she had actually read, he'd been ignoring the messages since he decided he wasn't going to kill her anymore, trying to find a way to uncover the identity of the threat instead. What worried him the most was the fact that the stalker had admitted to keeping an eye on them. Whoever it was, already knew that they were together and monitored their movements meaning they had to be extra cautious. He wondered if Stacey took that into consideration before storming off like that. A small stab found its way his chest, when the thought of her not being safe surfaced to his mind. He really prayed to God to keep her safe, he really hadn't prayed in a while, but he hoped God would take that his one prayer into consideration. "I honestly think you should give her some space man" Tyler started, offering his unsolicited opinion as usual. "I mean after all you basically lied about your motives this entire time. Look, you don't know women like I do, all you've got to do is-" "Shut the hell up Ty, before I kill you". He wasn't in the mood to listen to Tyler's mumbling in his apprehensive state. "You're not helping matters so you could as well, shut up". Tyler raised his hands in mock surrender, retreating for his safety. "Okay, but look man. I'm scared I messed up a good thing. I just couldn't bring myself to tell her. I thought it was just going to be something temporary yunno. But now I don't know anymore. I can't lose her man. I lo-, I care deeply for her". "Care deeply?" Tyler made a mock snorting sound. "That's what we're really calling this now? Okayyy". Now this was why he avoided talking to the dude as much as possible. He rubbed his forehead in exhaustion as Tyler made a show of trying not to laugh. Man's made a joke out of every messy situation he was in. "Do you really want my advice man or should I be scared for my life?" he didn't think he wanted the advice anymore, but there was no point in stating it, he knew Tyler would just continue talking anyway. "Give her space man-" really was that the best advice Tyler could come up with now. "-she just needs some time to wrap her head around the fact that you're a lying ass asshole. She 'cares deeply' for you too." "You think she has deep feelings for me?" he asked, momentarily ignoring the subtle insult Tyler slipped in. "Yes man, she brought you homemade pie and pu$$y. Trust me no woman on this planet earth, offers both simultaneously if she's not in love." he wondered when Tyler had become such an expert on women affairs. He slapped him playfully on the wrist. "Yo man, how come you know all this stuff but got no bitches""Fuck you, tis what I get for trying to help out ehh. I got my eyes on someone tho. I'm not gonna be single for much longer."He had no intention of letting the opportunity to roast Tyler go to waste. But he was going to take the advice. Give her space and time, not too much tho. In his opinion a few hours was long enough, he wasn't going to give her days or weeks, before he came after her with full force. Give her the full story himself, and win her back. He looked at the watch on his wrist as it hit the three hour mark he'd allowed. He stood up, adjusted himself and the roses on his arm. He knew she was a rose girl, and just had to get it last minute hoping it would help to further plead his case with her. "Now, now where the hell do you think you're going to? Thought we agreed to give the young lady some space" Tyler was really starting to get on his nerves, interjecting him on his way out. " Look, I'm going to go get my girl. Not that you'd understand the way I'm feeling right now."" Trust me, I know how you're feeling. At least to an extent. The ladies love me, so I hardly have to worry about offending them. I know all the right things to-" here we go again. He was running out of patience and any moment now, he felt he'd eventually give in to the urge to strangle his damn annoying best friend, who couldn't seem to just get straight to the point. "And your point is what exactly?" he asked hastily, his patience wearing thin. "My point is- wait, hold on its Tess, I have to take it"He rolled his eyes in mild disgust when Tyler made his voice octaves deeper as he held the phone to his ear."Hey baby(talking on the caller's end), jeez why are you sounding so jumpy(talking on caller's end), yo shit (talking on the caller's end), what the hell(talking on the caller's end), is it that bad? Is she okay?(talking on the caller's end)".Wait, who wasn't okay "Ty, what's going on?" he questioned, praying to God that it had nothing to do with his Stacey as Tyler's voice took on a serious tone."We'll be there(talking on caller's end) ohhh I don't think he'll like that (talking on caller's end) I'll try (pause), I miss you (pause), hey, hey baby you're still there? She probably got busy or something" He says to no one in particular, trying to make light of the fact that she hung up on him. Draco laughed out loud, so much for him being an expert on women's affairs. "What was that all about? Or were you just getting roasted for no reason at all, thought you said you was an expert on women ish" "Look we ain't got time for all of that okay? Stacey had an accident she's at the hospital. She got ran into. Lucky for her the airbag helped, she was unconscious for a while, but they've been able to revive her. Its just a few bruises, can't really say how much damage had been been made,but-"He didn't need to hear the rest of what he had to say. He hurriedly grabbed his keys, half racing towards the door.Tyler was still talking, not that he cared to listen anyways "-the thing is, Tessa said to tell you that you aren't actually allowed to come. Stacey doesn't want to see you and she wants you to respect that." He paused midstep. She really didn't want to see him. The stabbing pain in his chest deepened and his face fell. She couldn't really be that mad that she'll not want to see him even then. He sighed in exasperation.Tyler sensing his hurt added "Look man, just give her time for real, y'all will sort it out eventually. In the meantime, hand me the flowers, I'll put in a good word for you. Seat tight man,I got you" He knew Tyler was just trying to help, but the words did little to reassure him. He slumped against the sofa in defeat as Tyler made his way out of the house. What had he really done? He couldn't live with himself if she stayed mad at him, he wished he could turn back the time to the beginning and just tell her the full truth, but it was too late. He sat still and pondered, against his will. What he really wanted to do was rush down to her side and actually ascertain by himself that she was fine. But he wouldn't do that, he'd give her space just like Tyler suggested and monitor things from his end. He picked up his phone just as another message from the private number rolled in 'she won't be so lucky next time, this is but a subtle warning. Tell her to watch her back next time'. He read the message over and over again, getting much more nauseated with every read. When he eventually caught up with whoever put her in that state, they were going to be so sorry. He didn't forgive easily and he was going to make sure they paid for it in cold blood. He kissed his teeth as he typed in his reply for the first time in ages 'watch your back too' he replied as he hit the send button. He called in almost every minute to hear from Tyler concerning her condition. He hated to think that he was the one that put her in that state, his conscience stealthily pricked at him. He'd just had the best sex of his life and best pie as well, and was rushing back to her to finish what they'd started because he couldn't get enough of her. Only to find that she'd left much to his disappointment and the dreaded messages had been put on display, staring him straight in the face. At first, he wanted to make a run for it and bring her back home, to his bed, but something had kept him transfixed to the spot. He couldn't tell if it was fear or shame, or both. He didn't want to loose her, but he also didn't think he deserved her. Maybe this was the universe's way of telling him that he was still no good and she didn't deserve to get caught up with someone like him. If she decided to never speak to him again or have anything to ever do with him, he was willing to accept his fate, if only meaning that it would atone for his sins and make him a free man once again. He was willing to bear the pain, but his heart and soul betrayed him. It felt like she had come and stolen those specific parts from him, so much that they no longer belonged to him and were now belonging to her. And what use was the existence of a man, if he didn't have a heart or soul. It was as good as being a dead person. He couldn't imagine his life without her no matter how much he tried. No matter how much he tried to convince himself that she deserved better. Now that he had been given a taste of what it felt like to be with her, he wasn't willing to share the feeling with any other person. He knew that he wasn't the best man in the world, but he was willing to do everything to be the best man for her. Maybe it was just his selfishness talking, but he didn't care. He wasn't going to give any other man the privilege of having her the way he'd did. He cursed himself for letting her go, he could've just gone after her and they would've both been fine. He was so sure of it. It wasn't certain that he was going to forgive himself for putting her through this, but one thing was certain to him. He wasn't letting her go, no matter what happened. He was hers and she was his. No matter what anyone else said, damn everybody else. He just couldn't bear to be away from her for too long. He needed to see her for himself, to hold her and make sure she's fine for his own sanity, cause every moment he sat waiting there, he felt like he was one step closer to loosing his mind.In one swift move, he grabbed his keys and half ran out of the house, moving in anticipation to the one who held his heart.San Francisco 2012 The men of the Navy sang happily as they danced around the bonfire. They had to take an unexpected break on their mission, their ship had encountered technical difficulties at least that was what the maintenance crew had said. But the men were not to be deterred, they were still in high hopes, honored to serve their country even if it meant putting their lives in danger at sea. The men on his team were brave men and being their captain, leading them, brought him nothing more than pride. " You need to cheer up captain " one of his crew men Mike was saying to him, giving him a hard shove on the back. " This city is wonderful, one of the most beautiful places I've ever been too man. And the women... " he gave a small dramatic pause with a show of trying to fan himself, this made Draco chuckle a bit. " ...are fucking gorgeous " he finished. " Y'all should have fun though, we'll be out of here in no time man, still got a lot of planning to do yu
STACEY Stacey had the feeling that she was being followed, the biker at her back had been at the club too, even though she knew she hadn't seen his face at all,she couldn't miss the too many sizes too short brown leather jacket, too big faded jeans and brown leather boots anywhere. She couldn't help but wonder who would be stalking her. Was it one of her father's enemies, people he kept offending, or someone who wanted a favor and hoped he could follow her trail to lead him to where her father was. Her dad was the biggest mafia in the game, she totally adored him right from when she was a kid up till that very moment. She was always by her father's side, there was always something new to learn everytime they were together. Her old man was so full of wisdom. She smiled to herself just thinking of the fun they'd always had together too. She was such a daddy's girl and she hoped one day she could succeed in the role as the leader of the g
DRACO His target was a girl. He had no idea he was hired to kill a woman. He was a merciless bounty hunter, but he had strict rules against harming women and children. His contact hadn't briefed him properly,he would've never accepted the job. They only gave him a time and place, a description of clothing and that was all. He never met with any of his contacts prior to the kill. It made his job much easier, sealing off loose ends, faster. He'd never really cared about the reasons why anyone hired him, he was in it all for the money. And he needed the money badly at this particular point in time. His time was running out, he needed this money or his grandma was gone forever. She was the only family he had, took him in right after his parents died and looked after him ever since. He couldn't let her die now that he finally had the chance to look after her in the same manner she had looked after him. He couldn't kill another woman, not after wh
STACEY Two weeks had passed since her she met him and she still couldn't get his face out of her head, his brown eyes invaded her thoughts. She didn't even get a name from him. He probably didn't give his name because he had no intention of seeing her again, after all he said she wasn't the one he was supposed to 'stalk '. She needed to stop thinking about him. He wasn't even thinking about her now, not in the same way she was thinking of him. The way his thing firm lips said her name, his breath on her skin when he said it. She wondered what else that mouth could do and it made her hot in many places. God, she was a mess. Here she was fantasizing about a guy she only met once under the weirdest circumstances. She really needed to stop doing this to herself, there were many other guys that desired her, wanted her. She could have them but instead here she was laying in her bed, thinking about a guy she had zero chances of seeing again. She was exha
DRACO He'd just had the best night in a long time. Him and Stacey had cuddled all night long, they'd kissed some more and he made her come again this time with his hands between her legs soaking up her wetness. She felt and tasted so good he almost came just from touching her. He stretched out his hand to her side of the bed, seeking her warmth. Thank God he changed his suite, his former suite would have been barely able to hold them given their extravagances the previous night. He stretched his hand farther hoping to pull her in for another one of their slow lazy kisses, only to realize that her end of the bed was empty left for the note on it which he guessed was from her. He unfolded the crisp paper careful not to cause damage to it. Weird that he would pay so much attention to a piece of paper just because her hands had been on it and her writing was in it. Her writing was swift and curvy, just like her. It was a thank you note and she al
STACEY Stacey woke up with a smile on her face. The past few weeks had been the best time of her life, crazy how one person could make such a huge difference, make everything better and brighter. She knew she might be in love, but she didn't care. He had officially asked her to be his girlfriend and she said yes, with a smile plastered on her face. He was the sweetest person ever and she had no doubts, he never gave her a reason to doubt. He was always ready to please her, in bed and everywhere. They'd gone out on multiple dates; skydiving, picnics, date nights, karaoke nights. They'd had so much fun, she'd never felt more alive in her entire life. DRACO.Draco awakened with a jolt, another night terror, the same as always. He had left Stacey on the bed and opted to sleep in the living room for this particular reason. He got up and tiptoed to check on her, the morning light was starting to seep into the room, he adjusted the window blinds in an attempt to block out the light. She looked perfect, asleep in his bed, completely at peace, her gorgeous body splayed on his bed, sated from their lovemaking the previous night. She still had the bandage concealing the gun injury she had earlier the previous day. Someone was making an attempt on her life and it put him on edge. Something told him it might as well be the same person who'd hired him to get her assassinated before. He felt like he needed to tell her the truth, come clean as they were already making progress in their relationship, but he didn't know how to. STACEYStacey woke up to the feel of wet kisses on her face. She'd never had someone be this obsessed with her and it felt so good. She struggled to adjust her eyes to the morning light as more kisses followed the smell of what she presumed was breakfast. He was smiling down at her, skin glowing in the morning light, the sun washed over his face, highlighting all his incredible features. He wet his lips with his tongue as he dug into breakfast. "Aren't you going to eat anything yet?" he asked between mouthfuls of food, when he noticed she hadn't eaten anything.Oh she was hungry indeed, but not for some damn toast, he made nice toasts alright, but she was more interested on getting her mouth on his body. She watched his mouth some more, reminiscing on all the parts of her body his mouth had been on in the last twelve hours

Chapter 11StaceyHer body landed softly on the bed. She hadn't even gotten out of her clothes, but he'd already made her cum. She panted heavily, her body yearning for more of his touch. He edged closer towards the bed, his eyes fixed hungrily on her body, a wicked gleam in them. She shuddered. His bare chest glistened with sweat. She had the sudden urge to drag her tongue over it, to taste him. Her eyes dragged lazily over his frame, settling on the waistband of his short, his bulge evident against the thin fabric. Her tongue darted out wet her lips as she parted her legs, inviting him in. She watched him advance towards the bed in long purposeful strides. He dragged her body across the bed, setting her in place directly underneath him, his tall frame towering above her. He parted her legs even further, giving himself full access to her. She gasped as his mouth found the sensitive spot behind her ears and nibbled softly on it. He placed light feathery kisses on the exposed skin of h
Chapter 10DracoDraco stormed to the refrigerator in anger. Another morning of not waking up with Stacey in his arms, was driving him insane. He'd been jumpy for the past few days and Tyler was on the receiving end of all his frustration and anger. Not like that even stopped the idiot from trying to piss him off anyway. Agreed Tyler was like a brother to him and oh how he loved him, but he'd rather be wrapped up in his woman, buried in her than have to endure Tyler's loud munching and music for another day. Normally he wouldn't have let Stacey stay away from him for so long, but he didn't think it'd be fair to her friend who'd travelled all the way to see her and like the gentleman he was, he'd let the girls have their fun, but a whole three days? that's friggin ninety-six hours since he last saw her. Sure they had been texting, but it just wasn't the same as being in close proximity with her, breathing the same air as her. In his opinion he'd been benevolent enough, his patience had
Chapter 9STACEY Bronze city five years earlier Stacey screamed loudly. "Shhh" Gino hushed trying to quieten her down. Her father's mansion was under siege, they had played into the enemy's hands Her dad and the rest of the crew had gone to the designated place of battle only for Marco's men to make a detour and attack their home instead. There were no rules as far as gang wars were concerned, either parties were allowed to deploy whatever dirty tricks they wanted, all in a bid to emerge as the victor. She heard heavy footsteps approaching the door where she and Gino hid and tried to suppress the squeal threatening to come out of her mouth. Gino cocked and uncocked his gun in anticipation, though they were roughly the same age, he was bigger, stronger and tougher than she could ever be. The footsteps slowed, then retreated. She heaved a sigh of relief as the steps resounded farther away from them. The door they hid behind, wasn't actually easy to spot, twas made to look like an exte
DRACODraco woke up with a jolt, he hurriedly got into his clothes he'd scattered around the previous night while he was trying to get into Stacey's panties. He needed to be home before Tyler got up, if not he wouldn't hear the end of the teasing. He laughed to himself, here he was a grown ass man, sneaking around to go be with his girl. He looked over at Stacey, she appeared really knocked out, they'd gone another round later in the night, him entering her from the side, both of them barely awake. He tiptoed, around the room, trying not to get her awake as he fished for his belt. After a minute or two of searching, he finally found it. He dropped a light kiss on Stacey's forehead, followed by a barely audible 'good morning' as he gathered the rest of his belongings and made a trail to the window he'd gotten in from.Tyler wouldn't stop talking about the lady saw at the airport. He'd explained her physique to him more than times than he could count in the past forty-eight hours. At th
