Kon’s Defeat

Storm stepped away from Kon who was sneering at them all, afraid of what Kaden’s people might do if they couldn’t defeat the male under the influence of a vampire. But then she cautioned herself just as quickly.

These men here had stayed awake to protect her, not only because Kaden had ordered them to, but because she was their Luna. Kaden had informed them all, the werewolves among the clan, who she was. They were fighting for her protection and she was doing a great disservice to them by thinking they would betray her.
