The Mafia Don was drunk.

Scowling and cursing, at his stupidity, he threw the tumbler across the room. Gustav moved silently and he indicated with a grunt that he wanted another drink. The silent man glanced at him warily but did not try to stop him. Loyal he might be but like everyone else, he was terrified of the Boss. And word had spread about how he had killed the siblings after having taken all the information he required from the hapless duo.
