Before she could even gain balance Damien snaked his hand around her waist, she repulsed and tried her best to hide it, it was the first time she had been this close to a man, a strange man matter of fact.

People were greeting Damien as he stepped into the shop with Ava, Ava was a bit uncomfortable as she wasn't used to that kind of attention, they were given executive treatment while shopping for the ring, and they were handed two glasses of champagne.

After checking out different kinds of rings, Damien picked one without asking Ava's opinion about the ring, Ava on the other hand didn't know a thing about rings.
