Violet's POV

After we came inside, he helped me take off my damp clothes and gave me his robe to wear, while he went into the bathroom to get the tub ready for the both of us.

While alone in this room, I curled my toes, my eyes fixed on the ring on my finger, sparkling and teasing me with its beauty.

A shy smile crept up my face, I couldn't believe this, the ring looked out of the ordinary, and I could tell it cost a fortune, the red heart-shaped diamond was sitting proudly in the band encircled with white glittery diamonds, I could look at this all day it's so beautiful, what even marveled me more was how perfectly it was fitted in my finger.

I took the ring out of my finger to have a better look at it, I heard water bubbling in the bathroom and I could tell Vincenzo was damn busy.

As I looked closely at the ring I noticed tiny letters written on it. I couldn't see it clearly because the room light was dim. I went close to the lamp and I turned it on, taking a better look I saw that
