"It's good that you're awake, drink this first." Beatrix smiled as she handed Bella a glass filled with a thick green liquid, although she hesitated, Bella accepted the glass and drank it down.

A bitter taste immediately erupted in her mouth as the drink slid down her throat, but she tried not to overreact in order to spare the feelings of the old woman beside her whose name she didn't even know yet.

Bella's memory was thrown back to the last moment she felt conscious, where she and Floryin both fell unconscious by the lake.

'Is this the old woman who saved us?' Bella thought.

Instantly her head turned right and left, searching for Floryin's whereabouts.

"Your friend is in a separate room, his injuries are quite severe. I have removed the bullet that was in his shoulder, now he is still unconscious."

"Usually it will take a long time for her to wake up, especially since the bullet that hit her shoulder was quite deep." Beatrix said as if she realized what B
