Two cars were moving very fast through the darkness. Almost like racing on a circuit. They drove without wanting to stop. The driver pays attention to the forest to his right and left, then looks at the rearview mirror and looks at the car following him, making sure the car continues to follow them without any problems. Lyall ran non-stop in the forest. Every day, he would train alone in the forest or in a room provided by his uncle. Several times, Zaiden tried to train together, but Lyall always avoided him. After the incident that night, Lyall chose to avoid and did not want to talk to anyone. All he did was train. Lyall stopped running to rest for a moment and caught his breath. Punch after punch was heard clearly from a fairly large room. The punches sounded loud and echoed in the room without stopping. Even though it had happened many times, the punches did not decrease or weaken. They became stronger and harder. His body was covered in sweat that was flowing profusely. He also kicked occasionally. Lyall sat on the school cafeteria bench staring out the window. He didn't know why he was there. In his head, he just wanted to get out of school, but his legs dragged him to the cafeteria. More precisely his hungry stomach. But after getting a tray full of food, he didn't eat it. He just stared at the food with a frown on his forehead and folded his arms in front of his chest. The kitchen was busy early in the morning. Eira flipped the pancakes she made and prepared plates and cutlery. But only two plates. Then she filled one glass with milk and two other glasses with coffee. Since her mother passed away a year ago, Eira has been in charge of cooking in the kitchen. Eira placed the pancakes one by one on the two plates, along with the arrival of one of her brothers, Charlie. "Morning, sweetheart." Charlie put his bag on the floor and sat on one of the chairs. The sound of fast footsteps and gasping breaths could be heard on one side of the Fortress Hill forest. It got faster and faster. Lyall tried to push his limits. He kept running non-stop for a few minutes, until his legs gave out. He ran through the forest, up the hill, and over the rocky path. After a few minutes had passed, Lyall stopped running. He bent his body for a moment then stood back up and put his hands on his hips. Sweat was pouring down his muscular body. He was not wearing a shirt. Only his black shorts and running shoes. This was the second time he had changed his shoes because he had run too much. It seemed like his training craze was getting bigger. Suddenly Lyall's body froze. He sharpened his hearing. He was sure he heard something and it was fast. Lyall looked around and was alert. Something seemed to be circling him. That thing became closer to him and.. Zaiden was still standing quite a distance from Lyall and Eira. He watched them silently. Lyall should have turned into a monster and Zaiden was wary of that. But nothing happened.
