CHAPTER 120

Gianna's POV

My heart thumped in my chest as I dropped my eyes down, avoiding his death glare. Lying was something I wasn't really good at, so I knew he could see through this facade if he wanted to.

"I'm going to ask you again Gia." he said in a deadly calm voice as his eyes spat venom. "What are you hiding from me?"

I gulped as my wolf urged me to tell him the truth but I lied again. "Like I said before Dane, I am not hiding anything from you, where's all this coming from?"

Dane slammed his fist down on the desk and I shivered.

"Fuck Gianna! Why won't you tell me the damn truth, why do you keep lying to my face all the time!" He yelled as he stood up from the chair and I jumped up from the chair in fright as he advanced towards me with a death glare in his eyes.

His red eyes were brimming with so much anger and I knew I had to tell him the truth but I didn't just know where to start.

"What's going on Dane, why are you acting this way, you promised remember?" I said through the mind
