The emergency meeting

I had called for an emergency meeting with all elders, court members and the elite members of the witches.

They all segregated themselves as they were not yet familiar with each other. I found Martha and indigo to be settled in their new seats quite well but the pack elders had not taken the news lightly.

“What are they doing here?” an elder growled in rage. “Are they even supposed to be in the same pack with us, let alone in the same room?”

“Relax,” I sighed. “I know this is going to be a lot to hold but they will be living with us from now on.”

This had the entire hall filled with outbursts from the elders who found this very terrible.

Most of them laid out threats and some promised to destroy whatever coven that was built.

I looked at the witches who were calm and collected. They could only stare at the elders without saying anything.
