I'd almost forgotten about Milo's birthday. Belle was the one who had come to remind me that his birthday was the next day and I quickly started putting things together.

Since I needed to get him out of the room and I couldn't find Adrian around for the life of me, I ended up sending him to Nora's room.

I didn't know where Adrian had gone to and when I asked Nora about it, she just said that he had business to take care of. When I asked when she would be back, there was no reply. I hadn't laid my eyes on him since that day out at the garden when he said he wanted to speak to me.

I'd gone out to look for him later that evening so we could finally talk but I didn't find him because they'd told me that he stepped out.

So I sent Milo to Nora's room. He asked why he was going there and I told him that there was a big bug in his room.
