The car galloped into the streets and I pulled my head out of the window, letting the breeze take control of my hair.

It's been ages since I journeyed in a car, I mostly take the walkways while sometimes I take the bus. There's never been a time I rode in a car, not once.

And here I am, luxury knocking at my feets with maids at my neck and calling, the goddess finally shone her lights upon me.

I exhaled deeply and pushed my head back into the car.

"You okay?" Pedro asked absentmindedly.

"Yeah" I mused a reply.

"How long have you been schooling here?" He asked as he made a quick swerve into the school compound.

"A year and half," he spared me a glance, "my uncle sent me here to monitor something for him." I revealed the ugly truth.

He snatched his eyes from the road and stared at me, his eyes piercing deep into my skin.

"He really benefited from it huh, I see you're the reason why he knows our every move." His words sliced through my ears like a sharp edged knife.
