THIRD-PERSON POV

The Warriors of Woodland Pack stood tall at the pack territory, their eyes flashing hatred toward the approaching rogues. Tristian, Lena, Emilia, and Kilo led the defense.

"Where is your alpha?" a rogue sneered.

Lena snarled, "That's none of your business, rogue."

The rogue laughed, signaling the attack.

Emilia and Lena charged forward, their warriors following. Kilo remained in human form, concealing his Omega nature.

The battle raged.

Suddenly, a rogue howled, and the others joined in, momentarily stunning the Woodland Pack.

A trumpet blew, and the rogues retreated, abandoning their injured comrades.

Emilia's brow furrowed. "Why are they retreating?"

Tristian's expression mirrored her confusion. "I don't know, but I'm thankful. The pack can't withstand another attack."

The warriors nodded in agreement.

Meanwhile, Nathaniel lay anxiously in bed, worried the rogues had breached the border.
