"These are the bodies, Alpha," the head of the guard said and pointed at the pale and lifeless body on the floor as I rushed to the scene.

I left my office the moment I heard that something terrible happened. I make it fast to the scene because it has to do with my pack members.

"Are they part of the pack members?" I asked, and he shook his head in response.

"No, they're not part of the pack members," he responded, and I arched my eyebrows.

I crouched low to inspect the body. I cocked my eyebrows as I stared at the fang and claw marks on their body. The chest of the first one was ripped open, while the stomach of the second one was torn open.

I know for sure that a wolf won't cause such havoc. It's a beast or probably an unknown creature. Whatever it might be, the creature must be big.

I took a deep breath and stood on my feet. I turned my gaze to the head of the guard who lowered his head in fear.
