Chapter 2

Rylan thought to himself 'what happened here exactly!' Rylan's heart was beating faster! And he suddenly thought about her words, "Did she just say...'' yes ``?

Rylan was happy like a child. He started dancing in excitement and after some time he controlled himself and came back in the role of the king Rylan!!

On the other hand, Larena didn't understand what was happening to her.

How could she say yes to that person, who was a total stranger to her? On top of that, Her heart was beating faster!!

She turned around to focus on something else. But found him standing behind her. She got goosebumps all over and her body shivered.

Rylan didn’t say anything but came closer to her and said, "I don’t know why but...I am deeply in love with you!"

After whatever he had said, a long silent spread in the atmosphere! And in the end, it was broken by himself.

He said again, "Will you be my queen? Will you be the queen of Rylan's kingdom?"

Larena was shocked and looked at him. He looked at her as if, His gaze was peering at her soul and she couldn’t help but feel shy.

In the end, she answered amidst her shyness "Yes, I will be your queen! The ‘King Rylan's’ queen!!!"

Even though She was shocked by her feelings earlier but now, at the very moment, Larena was not surprised at all ...She understood that she was also deeply in love with him!

Ryan was frozen at his place when she accepted his love for her but soon after he came back to his senses and went to hug her.

He did not know how to express his feelings so he simply carried her in princess style and took her to the bed.

They went to bed and sat there and started talking about their future. Everything was happening so fast that they couldn’t believe themselves but decided to go with the flow of time and enjoy being in love with each other!

Rylan told her that he was not a human but was a werewolf!!

He told her because he did not want to hide anything from her and on top of that… She was already in the Werewolf Kingdom and she would know sometime in the future.

At first, Larena got scared after hearing what he had said! 

Seeing her reaction, Rylan hugged her and said in a soft and hoarse voice "Whether as a human or a Werewolf... I will always love you and protect you in all my lives!

She was feeling scared and wanted to leave as she had never seen or heard something like this but the moment he said he loved her and looked at his eyes she forgot everything. She didn't care if he was a human or not! All that mattered for her was her heart and his love for her!

It was strange that she fell in love with him so suddenly but still it was the most beautiful feeling she ever had!

She couldn't control herself and hugged him back.

 "I love you too!!"

Rylan was shocked by her sudden confession! He knew that she liked him and loved him but even after knowing his true identity, she was still ready to accept his love.

He pulled her out of his embrace and went to his knees "Will you marry me Larena? Will you please give our country the honor and be its Queen? Will you be my one and only?" 

Larena was not ready for this. But she couldn’t say no to his such beautiful confession full of love!

Rylan was so happy that he wanted the whole world to know instantly so he called the servant and said,

"Go and call the Royal Priest." He said and then looked back at his love of life and said "Tell him... Tell him that the Kingdom of Rylan is about to have its Queen!"

The guard was shocked and looked at the lady behind him, who was blushing furiously. He understood instantly and ran away after bowing his head!

The Royal Priest arrived and they had a private conversation over their marriage.

The Priest counted their stars. He was shocked to see the girl’s stars were totally different from them. He understood instantly. So, he said, "Because the groom is a werewolf, and the bride is a human!"

The Queen to become sad instantly and Rylan could see it!

He took the priest outside the room and asked Larena to wait there!

King and the priest went to the other room and sat there!

 Rylan asked the priest "If we get married, Will it affect our kingdom and our people?"

The first question he asked was not about him but was about his kingdom. The Priest was impressed by his King that he chose his people over his heart!

The priest said, "Yes, it will affect our kingdom so badly."

After that, he continued.

"There will not only be effects but it will be disastrous from which our kingdom would not be able to overcome even after thousands of years!"

Rylan was shocked! He had never thought that the price of his love would be so extreme. He did love her deeply but his love for his kingdom was not any lesser!

He requested the priest and said, "I love her so much! if there is no other way to marry her and make her stay in the water realm as my queen  and the queen of Rylan’s Kingdom."

His heart was beating fast in anxiety. He was not sure if he would be able to marry her! This was his first time to desire something but his fate was against his heart! 

All he wanted was to live his life with her peacefully but if his people were in a disaster. Then there would be no peace for him in this world.

He was stuck between his heart and his responsibilities!!
