Josh had nothing to say to them, so he left Marco and Isabella’s room, feeling a mix of anger and sadness. He made his way back downstairs, trying to compose himself before rejoining the party. He still couldn't help feeling sadness and anger, as he was considered an outsider by his cousin and uncle, the people who he was related to by blood. He wouldn't have been surprised if it was someone else whom he wasn't related to, however these were people he was related to, his late mom's brother and her niece.

As Josh walked back to where the event was, the laughter and music now felt different, overshadowed by the confrontation upstairs. As he entered the main hall, he forced a smile, engaging in more conversations, but his mind kept drifting back to Marco and Isabella’s words.
