Chapter 4

They're real! Werewolves are real! 

"W-what do you want?" she asked shaking in fear.

She never believed the story about them. Now she's shaking in fear knowing that this beast killed her dad and everyone who vanished in the village.

I'm not so sure if it was the same beast but all I know is they are all the same. They killed my dad!

If only it was just her and Jacob maybe she will have the guts to fight this beast. After all, she learned a lot from the training and she knows she has the strength to fight. But she's not going to sacrifice a life in here just to show something. It was always her weakness if they talk about the people she holds dear. 

"Please don't hurt my children, I beg you!" her mom cried while she hugged her sisters.

It breaks her heart to see her mom crying. If only she can do something. She even felt helpless seeing Jacob with those huge wounds.

She looks again at Jacob, he was still alive but only that he can't move because of his wounds that keep on bleeding. She tried to talk to the werewolf. Maybe, it will listen to her. She needs to do something or else they will all die in here. The guns are downstairs. They were having fun today that they put their guard down not knowing that this thing will happen.

"What do you want from us, you can't eat us, we are not edible, you see, we are not healthy, I even have a rare disease and so are my family, when you're going to eat us... You'll die, " she said while she panic hoping that this beast will understand what she was saying. 

The werewolf suddenly shifted into his human form and it puts her in awe to see how magical it was. The transition was just so extra that it gave her goosebumps.

The heck was that? He just transformed from being a hairy beast to a hunky prince! How come a wolf can be this attractive?

"I'm not gonna hurt anyone again if you will come with me," he said in a dominant tone while glaring at her.

"She's not coming with you! No! I'm not gonna let you, you cannot touch my children!" her mom screamed crying!

She needs to think fast.

The situation was just so heavy that she needs to sacrifice herself. She let out a deep breath and looked at him.

"I'll go with you, but just don't touch my family," she looked at her mom and smiled. A way of telling her she'll be alright. She turned to him again and said...

"But then again I'm telling you I have a rare disease. You can't eat m-" 

Before she finished what she was about to say, she fainted without realizing what this handsome werewolf did to her.

Under the light of the full moon. A werewolf abducted Alice on her eighteenth birthday. Leaving her family behind screaming for help. Why life could so unpredictable and cruel to her.

She opened her eyes and try to navigate the place just like a CCTV. She screamed when she realized she wasn't dreaming and that werewolf thing was real. She is being surrounded by wolves right now. She stops screaming when the wolves growl in front of her. Her whole body trembled in fear. She closed her eyes again and did not try to open them again praying that everything was just a nightmare and her mom will just shake her to wake her up. She heard footsteps coming her way. 

"All of you, leave us!" said a familiar voice.

She started to open her eyes now. No more wolves around but only one handsome beast in front of her. 

"Where am I?" she asked nervously.

Instead of answering her question, he looked at her closely and held her chin. 

"You've grown up beautifully." 

His eyes roamed around her face and it makes her uncomfortable. 

"W-what do you mean? Have we met b-before? But I-I don't k-know you," she was stuttering. He was so close to her that she can even smell his fresh breath. 

"Of course you don't know me, but I know you since birth!"

He stood up. He grabbed something from behind the couch and it was medium-sized luggage. 

"These are your things, get up and fix yourself. Don't even dare to escape if you still love your life and your family."

She felt enraged to hear about them. Right now she just wanted to tear him into pieces like a fucking garlic.

"What did you do to them?" she stood in front of him. She tried to be a little braver this time.

"They're ok, I did nothing to them. I only hurt that Jacob because he thinks he can beat me. How foolish!" he scoffed.

"How dare you?" she slapped him.

"You think you can just go around hurting other people just because you know you are stronger," she screamed in front of his face while crying out of pity to Jake.

He grip her wrist and pushed her slightly.

"Save your energy for you true enemies!" he looked at her dead in the eyes and left.

She was left dumbfounded. 

What does he mean? Who are my true enemies? Ugh! This is insane! I had just been kidnapped by a werewolf, and he was saying I have other enemies? I have no other enemies except my two bully sisters. Why am I even here? Jesus, I don't know what's going on. 

She fall to her knees and cried. She had so many questions inside her head. About herself and this situation. 

What if he was just bluffing? Or maybe he mistook me for someone else. He may be a mad wolf so stupid to be talking nonsense! I need to escape from here! Before I became their dinner.

Ralph went back to Alice's room just to see her asleep on the floor. He carried her into her bed and changed her clothes. 

He can't help but stare at her bare face. Her eyes are swollen from too much crying. 

Poor thing! 

"You have nothing to worry  about now Alice, you're home." 

"I've been looking for you all my life. Now that I have found you, no one can take you away from me anymore. Even Gaston," he clenches his fist by just remembering his name.

Gaston is the leader of the werewolf hunters. Those guys have been hunting them for so many years, they are mainly the reason why a lot of the pack members lost their loved ones.   Even other packs on the other territories fear them. They have a lot of strong members with a high-powered weapons. They are using silver bullets which is the weakness of every werewolf. We'll except him. He was born immune to silver. He was just waiting for this moment that he will get to find Alice and he promised to kill all those hunters who are making their lives miserable. 

He went to the kitchen and cooked something for her. Being the Alpha of the Silver moon pack he must take good care of her Luna. All this time, he was looking for her. He even rejected Ashina to be his mate because he knows deep in his heart that Alice is still alive.  He will never forget his promise to his late dad. His dad became the Alpha when Alice's alpha dad died. And he promised him he will bring Alice home no matter what. Now that he found her, no one can take her away from him anymore. He pities her too much, he lives her life away from her true family. 

I wonder how they hide her wolf. I have been waiting so long for me to smell her scent but only yesterday her scent perceived. I need to know who abducted her. I will make that person pay with his own life. 

He was about to set the table when he heard Alice screaming. He runs over to her bed to check her out. He let out a deep sigh to see her screaming in her sleep.

"Daddy! Daddy, run!" Alice keeps on screaming.

He held her both shoulders to wake her up.

"Alice, Alice, wake up!" He slightly tap her face and shook her body.

She opened her eyes and it widened to see him.

"No! Get away from me! You killed my dad you beast!" she screamed while throwing punches at him.

He just let her do it until she calmed down. She is almost out of breath when she stops. 

"Are you ok now?" he asked while looking at her worriedly.

"I'm not ok, and I'll never be ok until I'm seeing your face!" she hissed in front of his face.

"You'll be ok I'll promise you that!" he answered her patiently.

"You killed my dad! And I will kill you too when I get even the smallest chance!" her eyes went fiery and he can see how mad she is.

You are barking at the wrong tree Alice. Brace yourself to know the truth.

He stood up and opened up the window for him to breathe fresh air. He walk back and forth in front of her and looked at her coldly.

"By the way, I am Ralph Collins. I am the alpha of this pack!" he introduced himself.

"As if I wanted to know you!" she rolled her eyes.

"Well, at least you know who you are planning to kill right?" he scoffed at her and lean forward almost brushing her lips.

"Your dad died because he was killed by hunters, not by werewolves..."
