Aslan’s POV

He sat at the bar in Lucci’s but his table was empty now. He didn’t want Naples. He just sat there and listened to the slow rhythm as Bryan Adams sang Everything I Do I Do It For You.

His thoughts went to the woman back at his home. She was driving him nuts. Not that he was complaining but he had not known she could be so fiery. He loved it when she challenged him but he didn’t know how to deal with it. He had never been challenged and she was provoking all the different things in him. He so wanted to keep her with him all his life but then she says she want someone else.

And Derek? Why did she have to talk about him? Elle had called him about what had happened. She must have told Elena everything about him and Derek.

He was speaking truth when he had said that he regretted nothing. After all, it was just a one night stand. He had no idea Gina was Derek’s sister and he had never imagined that she will do something so stupid.

He sipped his whiskey and motioned the bartender.
