Too Many Thoughts

I have so many thoughts running through my head that I don't even know what to do with them. As long as the king’s family is still alive, I will be forever in danger. That's one thing that keeps troubling me, what the hell are we going to do about these people because sooner or later, I'm going to come face to face with them.

Yeah, with my powers, I know I can take care of myself, but the unknown is scarier than anything else. These are the moments that I wish my mom were still alive. I could go to her and ask for her advice on the situation because I know she would have something up her sleeves.

“ you can have something up your sleeves if you just trust yourself,” Selene reminds me.

“ I do trust myself. It's just the problem I'm having is that I trust people too quickly, especially ones that are my family” it's the truth; I need to find the not-so-naive part of myself and let her take over.

“ I'm sure you will,” she encouraged me.

And that's a weird emotion coming from her;
