While waiting for the sun to set, Jai and Darrion rested at their room while reading some newspapers they requested from Hinako. Around dusk, Jai bathed Shoru.
It would be a bit risky for her health to bathe her again today since she had her bath just the day before. But Jai remembered the doctor said that her kind lived in the mountains where it’s cold. He thought she just needed something to cool her off due to her blood, so another bath would at least be alright.
Besides, she kept staying around the pond outside of their room and playing with the water. The pond was deep enough for her to drown, so giving her a bath would be a better option.
