The Waamutori was enjoying its time by the bank, looking at the fishes swimming in the riverflow. It snapped its long beak into the water, hoping to catch at least one of them for a snack. But sadly, nothing entered its beak other than water, pieces of water grass, and mud. But it didn’t stop trying. This is what humans should have done with most of their lives rather than just sitting around thinking why everything never works out.

Jai and Darrion was communicating through their eyes as they approached the bird from different directions. Jai had to wait for Darrion to be halfway away from him before stepping out from behind the tree. He knew how wind could become a giveaway of location, and he believed his friend was also trying his best to keep the wind at bay, so he was not going to mess that.
