Jai walked into the Deleima Forest with his attention only slightly alert. He had not read about this forest when he was looking for information about the jellyfish beast, but he was sure this forest would not be that harmful. For some reason, the peculiar creature went faster than before, and Jai almost lost it if it weren’t for his superb reflexes.‘How can it go faster? It just ate!’ Jai shouted in his mind. He also realized that the forest had taller trees as he ran deeper, and this slightly worries him because the lack of sunlight might hinder the hunt.He felt it strange for a creature that had just finished its meal. If anything, it should be going slower because it was still digesting its food.
