Yaju ran while limping. He was in a hurry that he forgot to put on some shoes. The only thing on his mind right now was to escape quietly.
'I can't go to the docks. I won't get far with this wound. And the guards would spot me right away. So where should I go?' the dark haired guy thought. He needed to be fast, but he needed to be careful.
Then he got an idea. He didn't know if it's going to work, but it was the only thing in his mind right now. So he kept on limping forward.
He saw Jai's back not too far ahead and then he saw the guy turned left into the dining room. He hurriedly walk down the hallway, trying to ignore his injured feet.
The guard near the kitchen door spotted him immediately and noticed his funny walk.
"Hey young man, are you alright? You don't look good," the guard immediately approached him.
