"Become a vampire,"

Those three words were enough to make the whole hall fall into an eerie silence. The silence itself was loud enough to make me nervous, I was almost sweating. My gaze fixated on Ragnar like all the other gazes in the hall, watching every tiny moment in his expressions but the problem was he seemed expressionless, as if he was still trying to comprehend the words that left Logan's mouth.

"Pardon?" The word barely sounded audible from his lips.

"Become a vampire," Logan repeated his offer again. He sounded so casual about it while Ragnar on the other hand was struggling to take in his offer.

Ragnar first chuckled dryly.

Then looked around, realizing the situation he was in before looking down and chuckling again.

He covered his forehead and kept chuckling before raising his head, looking Logan directly in the eyes. He shook his head, his face red.
