Jennifer's POV

"This is way too much. I don't need this many clothes," Poppy said. We were at the mall and were in Forever 21. Stacy and Chelsea were basically throwing clothes at her to try on. I had never been a fan of shopping, but I was happy they were helping her get a lot of clothes.

Lucine, Tom, and Josh were at the food court. Of course, they wouldn't have let Chelsea, Poppy, or me go without them. Tom was the one paying for everything, even though Poppy had no idea. He said it was his job to make sure his Mate had everything she needed. He was going to take care of her and give her the world. I still couldn't believe Tom and Poppy were Mates. I wanted to tell her so badly, but Lucien told me it would be best if Tom were the one that told her. She would probably be overwhelmed if I told her about it, especially since she had just told me the other night she was worried her Mate would reject her after what she had been through, so I told Lucien I wouldn't say anything.
