Lord Arcturus entered the dimly lit chamber in Arondale by midnight, the air thick with an eerie tension. King Maximilian had invited him over to meet some people .

The room was filled with figures cloaked in darkness, their faces hidden beneath hoods. As he made his way to the center, his eyes scanned the room, recognizing some of the faces that bore the weight of their own secrets.

King Maximilian had invited him to join his team ,as he called it . Lord Arcturus wasn't too sure of what King Maximilian meant by that ,but he was eager to meet the allies which King Maximilian had. He wanted to get known by them and also get all the information he can gather about whatever plans they had.
