Answering her call

I calm her down and we sat on her bed..

"How do you feel now?" I asked her

"Better.." Billie responded

"You're such a crying baby..you know that?" i teased her and she smiled giving me a side look

"I'm not in the mood to get into a fight with you right now.." she said and i chuckled

"You're just scared 'cause you know I'll win like i always do.." i said and she shook her head

"That's a lie Adrian.." she said

"You don't just want to admit it..that's ok. I understand because I've been there before..no body wants to accept defeat" i said looking straight ahead.

"Really!Tell me..how did the almighty Adrian..get defeated and by who?" She said looking at me from the side

"Nina..She hit me hard were i was weak. She knew just were to get me..and she succeeded. I didn't want to accept this defeat at first. I looked for her everywhere but couldn't fine her..till i gave up. It's then i knew..i was defeated." i said still looking ahead and we were silent for sometime

"Do you really still have feelings.. for her?" she asked and i turned looking straight in her eyes 

"I don't know talk bird..but, i still do miss her." i said and she faintly smiled.

After which i held her small hands and said

"As long as I'm here with you..I'll never let anything happen to you. And i won't take it easy on anyone that hurt you." i said and she opened her eyes wide.

"And stop blaming yourself for what happened..I don't want to see you cry again...You're too pretty for that." i said and she laid her head on my shoulder

"If I'm too pretty for that as you say..why do you keep making me cry by torturing me." She asked and my heart sank on hearing those words

"I'm soo sorry talk bird..I'll try to control myself next time you behave naughty and stuborn" i said and she raised her head and looked at me and i did same

"I'm i stuborn more that you?" She asked furrowing her brows and i raised my brows

We stared at eachother for long and she said

"Stranger.." i narrowed my eyes at her as she wanted to laugh, i placed my hands on her sides and twinkled her saying

"Let me help you facillitate the process..as you..laugh Best" 

She rolled on the bed as she laughed out loudly enough.

"Sorry.. Adrian..plea..se" She said in laughters

"You don't need to say that..'cause i know how sorry you are..talk bird" i said

Her back was against my chest and she layed in bed with her stomarch. 

She tried supressing the laughter my pressing her mouth against the bed.

"Ple..ase..Adrian" she said in a very small tone..and i stopped and wispered in her eyes still holding her on her side

"How does it feel..to laugh this hard?" i asked and she turned around in bed facing me this time.

I had my hand on her side and the other over her head

"It felt breath..taking as you can.. see." She said looking in my eyes and still trying to catch her breath.

I could feel her breath on me as she struggled to catch her breath.

I just stared at her..loving the view infront of me.

"Are you done catching your breath? 'cause we'll be going in for the second round." i said and she narrowed her eyes

"You and who?" she asked and chuckled rolling her eyes at me

Immediatly she realised she did that, she turned towards me looking in my eyes nervously and i just smirked

"Don't worry i won't torture you..this time. I'll just..do what i just did" i said the last word and twinkled her again

She couldn't turn this time. She just faced me helplessly as she laughed. She held my hands to try removing it from her side ribs..but to no avail. 

She laughed so hard that i started laughing along..enjoying my work.

She tried touching my side ribs but it didn't work.

She put her soft hands on my chest to push me away..yet, nothing.

When i saw tears on the corners of her eyes, i stopped. And she took a long breath.

I kept laughing at her expression.

"I'll love doing this everyday.." i said and she hit my chest playfully

I laid down beside her in bed and held my stomarch not to laugh too hard as she kept looking at me still laughing.

After sometime the room was silent..

"I'll go take my bath now..it's getting late" she said and i just nodded looking at her.

She rose up and went to the bathroom..as i stayed there just looking at the ceiling.

Her phone rang after a while.. i didn't pick but it kept ringing. 

I had to at least check who it was and it was Lane..

I don't know exactly why i was so vexed..and i picked

On Phone 

"Billie..how are doing? I'm so sorry for calling this late..but, i thought i should tell you now" Lane said

"You don't need to be sorry for anything 'cause she's not here now to hear this..excusses. And stop claiming like you care. There're so many women in this world that you'll wish to have a  relationship with.. but you choosed Billie! That's weird." i said

"These aren't excusses. I didn't mean to call her at this time. And..by the way, why are you picking her call? Don't you think you're the one who's being weird here. I don't get it..i mean there're  beautiful ladies around you..that you could keep as secretary.. but you saw no other but Billie! 

An innocent girl like her..i bet you don't choose other girls because.. it'll be easy for you to torture her now"

"It's non of your business.." i said

"You should learn to mind urs then" he said and i furrowed my brows
