when they got to the townhouse that she had rented he was actually surprised about the size and the amount of money that she was paying for it among them. It didn't seem proportionate with everything else. The townhouse was actually rather large considering that it was so cheap period of course it was cheap because it was in the worst neighborhood of the entire county and there was a lot of criminal activity within the boundaries of the property. It was almost amazing to him in a way that she had never actually been involved in something. He had to ask her about that because it seemed that almost every other unit in the place had had the cops called on them at least once in the time that he had worked for the force. that night they had begun to put things in places for her to organize at the house. It was a quiet night and that was going to remain so. Max call and check in with his mother and then call the hospital as well to check in with his father both were doing well for the time being at least. He didn't really expect anything was going to happen. Get called to the precinct and found what charges were being leveled on his brother and he was quite happy with the way everything had worked out. There were quite a few things that still needed to be done but his brother was going to go to jail and there wasn't any way that he could get out of it. on Friday Max unfortunately had to give a few classes. That's about how he felt about giving all of his glasses. They were an unfortunate side effect of being a professor. though he enjoyed talking about different criminalistic aspects of cases the fact that he couldn't actually talk about many of the cases that he had worked on personally was a drawback to the point that he had to go over case files that were 20 or 30 years old and they weren't exactly really relevant to the times.He also realized that he wasn't quite sure if he wanted Deanna to be there in the classroom with him or not. Max Anderson had literally found happiness for the first time in his life. It was a basic domestic bliss that he didn't know existed until very recently when he found the love of his life. It had only been a few days since they had actually started to see each other, and he had already moved her into his house. Unfortunately, he also realized that he had basically stalked her for four years without actually stalking her. Their entire relationship began almost five years prior when she was a student in what his first class as a professor. He had managed to steal glances at her after she left the class. Max talked to Deanna when they got to the house. She was, of course, willing to go out and see his parents. She actually wanted to check on his mother as well. She had been there after Michael had lost his mind and was arrested. She had sat with a woman as she explained to the social worker that was there what had happened. So she didn't mind being there. Max tried to make it more like a date after they checked in with his parents, and that's exactly what he was planning. There were a lot of things that he wanted to do for Deanna, and one of those things was to continue like they hadn't completely jumped into a brick wall head first. Max had been surprised the entire night. Everybody had been on their best behavior when they actually saw Deanna standing next to him. And then of course the two kids.
