Fae shook her head looking at Lily.

“Didn't I tell you not to cross their path? They are crazy men. Now you are a slave to Caleb. Caleb of all men is disastrous. I can't believe this.” Fae sighed.

“Do you know the responsibility of a slave? You have to abide by every word he gives. And you must do everything he says.” Fae rubbed the middle of her forehead worriedly.

“I will not be doing that. I will make him change his mind. I cannot be his slave!” Lily lashed, rolling her eyes. She hated the situation that she found herself in. She would do anything to make him change his mind. How would she cope with being his maid at home and his slave at school? It would also affect her studies which were her hope for a better life.
