“Run Anna!”

Harietta’s screams echo in her ears. Anna’s vision is blurry. The smog is clouding her eyes and she cannot see anything.

“Alexei!” Anna screams. “We need to find Alexei!”

The whole castle is on fire. Rebels have thrashed the whole place, looking for them. They found out about the true nature of the royal children and are determined to kill the hybrids. The throne of Ezealyra cannot be tainted with hybrid blood.

“Shift!” Kyra orders. “We need to find Alexei and get out of here!”

Anna instantly shifts into Thena. Among the three siblings, she has the sharpest senses. She can see up to thirty miles even at night. Moreover, like Alexei, she also inherited the powers of hypnosis which comes in handy when escaping tight situations.
