The morning sun climbed in the clear sky, letting the fresh sunlight reach every corner of Bickett's Villa. It was huge in size and a well-built architect that could be compared to a castle of fairy tales. Inside everything was modernized and well maintained from cleaning to decoration and management. Maids and butler were performing their daily duties of cleaning and arranging everything before the family members woke up and get down to start their busy luxurious lifestyle.
Every room and hall was getting opened and cleaned by the maids. As the whole mansion was on function, there was this one room covered with darkness due to the big curtains on the windows. The chirping of birds was not allowed to disturb the dreamland of this boy, sleeping majestically on his king-size bed. The silk quilt he was holding to cover up his body and protect himself from cold, was suddenly pulled off by someone.
As soon as the chilly wind of the air conditioner brushed over his body his eye blinked in un-comfort. All of his senses were dragged down to the world from his dreamland.
"What happened?" the boy asked with half-opened eyes trying to get up from his bed.
"6'o clock happened wake up already." the lady standing in front of him folding the blanket she had just snatched from his body.
"6'o clock that's early, let me sleep some more." he tried to pull the piece of cloth back but jerked down as the lady pul it back.
"Young Master Andrew, Your brother will be down for breakfast in 15 minutes. You have to hurry up" the maid informed him. His eye shot open as soon as she mentioned her brother.
"Shit! In 15 minutes? Did dad ask him to report this early today!? Do I have to be there too?" Andrew jumped from his bed and looked for his clothes as he was only in his shorts and sleeveless t-shirt.
"Yes, young master, it's your first day of the new year class," she replied with a bow and left the room.
The young master runs towards the washroom to get fresh up and get ready for the family breakfast time. As he was brushing his teeth a thought crossed his mind. "If there was a meeting this earlier then, the brother must have woke up two hours before. Poor him, he has to be on alert every second about dad's order."
He finished his bath and came out of his room in a printed navy blue t-shirt and black jeans. His light brown hairs were combed in elegance and chocolate orbs were hidden behind the black wayfarer framed glasses.
Andrew reached the dining hall and the hairs on his arms suddenly go up witnessing the scene in front of him. His father Mr. Lucas Bickett, was sitting on the master chair at end of the huge dining table filled with all kinds of breakfast for all the family. The owner of Bickett's group and an enormously well-known figure in the business industry around the world. He is known for his strict rules and perfect production in everything he starts. The cold face over a brawny body that he maintained even in his late 30s, has always put on people difficult to conversate and deal with him. Not everyone can impress his obsession with perfection and quality. Because of that, his older brother has always kept under pressure of high expectations.
Mr. Bickett was supping on his breakfast when Andrews's eye fell on the tall male figure, standing beside his father. He was wearing a white T-shirt with a black FG printed symbol on the left chest, black jeans, and a black hi-top sneaker that he bought last week to prepare for his first day of school after last semester.
It was his older brother that he pitted a while ago. He was standing with his hands joined in front and head down, not daring to look in the eyes of the elder. The tension was pretty chilling between the father and older son, though nobody was talking. Even the servant standing behind them looked tensed.
His attention was caught by his mother, Emma Bickett, also known as Mrs. Bickett the queen of the fashion industry. She looks younger for her age mid-'30s. As Mrs. Bickett pulled him by a tug on his shirt, she looked kind of worried and wriggled her eyes, asking Andrew to go and greet his father to ease the environment between them.
He gulped before taking slow steps towards the end of the table and bowed before greeting the elder.
"Good morning, father." Andrew tried to hold up his voice in calmness.
Mr. Bickett didn't reply with words but nodded his head in approval and gestured him to sit.
"I found out you applied to change for your section without my knowing" out of the blue Mr. Bickett spoke up and Andrew stumbled on his chair.
He gulped hard and looked at his older brother. His eye met with his sibling and get a light sway from the older.
"You thought I won't find out Andrew, that you helped your brother to get the application form and change his section from my back." Mr. Bickett disclosed them as he had his last spoon and wipe his mouth with the napkin.
"Am I wrong, Parker?" finally, the male elder shifted his eye to the standing figure.
"I'm sorry." Both whispered as their head sank downer.
Mr. Bickett sighed and stood up from his table. "You shift your name from an elite section of A to section B, a class of average students. Why?" he threw a sharp stare at his son.
Andrew started to sweat and look worried for Parker, but he was just standing still quietly.
"Is it again because of your those two friends?" the elder again asked Parker, taking a step toward him.
Parker refused to answer with his silence and gain another sigh from his father.
"It was for them again. I m sick of it now." Mr. Bickett massaged his forehead. "Whatever, since I m getting late for the flight, I will let it slide this time. If you both again try to be smart, I won't go easy on you... you get it, Andrew!" He snapped but his eyes were still on Parker.
"Yes, f-father," Andrew replied quickly as he also jumped off his seat.
"Parker, you should stop looking for others and focus on yourself. You better keep yourself together and your performance. It's your last year of schooling where you have a lot of things to prove and take care of. I don't wanna listen to stupid pieces of stuff like last year about your attitude and problems created in school, you better solve it to yourself." He tapped on his shoulder with a deep voice and left the room.
After Parker and Andrew did their breakfast, they head to the car with the personal driver of their family to take them to school. In the way Andrew was feeling upset was his father's word but more distressed with an emotionless look on his brother like nothing happened.
"You should have told him!" He snapped at Parker and gained a sigh.
"You should have explained to him about Celina, that freak girl who stalked you and got admission in that section just to pester your life last year. She is always bugging you to get into a dumb relationship, so you changed your section this year. Can't you say that much in front of him?" Andrew huffed in frustration.
Parker pressed his eye and then threw a glare at him. "Don't forget she is the daughter of our business partner and father's friend. It will all be an excuse in his eyes because I never get along with anyone."
"Then what, are we supposed to sit back and let her tail you everywhere?" Andrew crossed his arms in disapproval.
"For now, this was the best way to keep distance from her. She is also Vance's cousin; I don't want to create problems with my best friend because of her." Parker explained.
"I salute your friendship with Vance and Daniel, not only me but the whole school does. Still, you already have so much stress about your school life and that obsessed girl is making things more complicated." the younger showed his concern.
"Let's just forget it. I think I will get some space now and enjoy with my friends." the older Bickett sighed a breath of relief.
"May the Lord grant you some peace for now. I heard that Section B is going to be joined by a special student today."
Parker's eyes get back to the window as he attains his unbothered countenance. "None of my business.""I heard that student--" Andrew stops as the older shift a glimpse of annoyance.Bickett's siblings reached the school and were greeted by a bald man in his late 40s with the badge of vice principal at the main gate. The place was surrounded by a crowd of students to get a glimpse of elite sons from the Bickett family."Here is the schedule of your classes and room number. Hope you have a great year while learning here and send good word about us to your father." The vice principal passed a sly smile showing the way towards the elevator only for VIPs. Parker replied with a cold nod while Andrew rolled his eye internally at the bald man.The siblings get in the lift with their attendee and the door closed with the last sight of the bald man waving to them with a wide smile."5th year in this school and his face still gross me out." The fourth-period bell rang, and everyone got up from their seats for recess. Jane was collecting her books when she saw the Parker guy scowling at her before he left with his friends. "...What was he staring at? I will take out his eyeballs next time." Jane mumbled at the sight of his rigid walk. "Sometimes he's such a jerk but handsome all time." Suddenly Anne said as she put her chin on her shoulder, surprising her. Jane slightly moved away and stood up with her books and her friend started following her to the corridor. "Don't you wanna ask about him?" Anne pops out beside Jane, keeping her books in her locker. "Why do you want to tell me about him?" Jane asked back without looking at her 5'5 ft friend, busy arranging the locker. "Because he is not a normal one here!!" the girl exclaimed with a thrilled tone stomping her feet. "Alien?" girl in black-grey was still unbothered. "Aish! No~" she wiggles her arms like a whining child. "Then leave it. When the time comes, I wil
A girl in her late 20’s, was walking in a hotel corridor, completely drunk. Her 5ft 6-inch figure was dangling with a lost mind over her each step. Her vision was too hazel to recognize the path in front of her, just like her life. Anger, frustration, and feeling of betrayal once again were swelling her heart. The golden fabric, given by this guy to appear as his this night, was wrapped around her delicate figure, hugging her curves perfectly like a carefully carved statue of a goddess. Her hips were lifted by pencil heels giving her slim back a perfect wave curve. Little makeup she did to glow up her features but now covered in sweats and tears. Her head was spinning and aching but not more than her heart. She knew her body was strictly prohibited from alcohol. She just couldn't help it today to drown herself in this warm sea of liquor. Her health was abruptly falling like her heart pieces but too numb by her emotions to bother. She felt like a fool to believe his words and consid

Today was mid-August 2010 when Jane Martin was preparing for her first ever class at Bardell Senior High School after she drove to Washington two weeks ago with her whole family. A black-haired boy in his mid-teen in an orange shirt with blue jeans and white sneakers was standing in front of a two-story house with white walls and modern architecture. His left foot was tapping continuously in frustration on the grass, of the front lawn. His eyes keep switching from his smart watch on his left wrist to the front door of the house. His nose was crushed in stress as every second passed on his wristwatch. "Hey, Bish! I will be late on my first day because of you. Come out already!!" He yelled as his patience started to tick out. "COMING!”, a girl’s voice shoots out from inside for the fifth time
"I see we have a special transferred student here." the whole class went silent and turned their attention towards the girl in a black T-shirt standing in front of them. Jane didn't reply to the compliment and kept gazing at the 5feet figure standing in front of her. "Have you collected your schedule?" the teacher asked. "No, I just got to the campus," she replied with a straight face only to get a wondering head shake. The teacher hummed and pointed toward her. "You can collect it during lunch. Tell me, where would you like to sit?" the teacher again asked her while putting the list on her table. Jane started to look around the class and her eye met a pair of brown orbs. She didn't understand why the owner of those orbs suddenly smirked at her and looked side towards his friends. She shrugged off the strange interaction and traveled her vision finally to find the familiar excited eyes. A small smile cracked up on her face as she recognized Anne, her childhood friend.
