"Megan!"

Governor Quill cried at his granddaughter, holding her shoulders as he demanded, "Be honest with me—did Frank poison you?!"

"What?! It has nothing to do with him, and…"

Megan was left stumped by her grandfather's question.

She gulped, flustered even as she answered, "No, he did his best to reason with me so that I wouldn't get infected, but I ignored him and ended up the way I did. Look, I know he's weird, or maybe unlikeable, but he's a good man."

Even Megan herself had no idea why she was praising Frank out of nowhere, though it could well be because Frank saved her life.

Megan then breathed a long sigh. "Mom just told me that he did not just stop Frank from curing me, but he even attacked Dad, breaking his arms… It was Frank who came back and defeated him before curing me and saving my life."
