CHAPTER THREE

"Sitara I told you, I don't have time for a spa day with you, we'll do it some other time, I promise I have to check up on a few things. I wouldn't have to if you just helped a little bit. By the way, where have you been, I barely see you. You're never in the house. Do whatever, I have other things to worry about. I don't know who you have made best friends with. But sooner or later I'll find out."

"Hey, that's disrespecting my privacy! Listen I get that you're so afraid to take the risk. And did you talk to mom? Dad says that you have been acting so cold to him and for mom's sake go meet her. HEY!, I made time for you then you don't want to spend that time with me. I like to be free as a bird, not like you who acts like a 30-year-old when you are 19. Come on Dawn loosen up a bit, have fun"

"I have the pack gathering ball thingy tonight, come if you want, I know you never do but don't even know that I have an older sister. I am going near our college there are some guys causing trouble to other female wolves and damaging property"

"Oh no, take back up with you don't think I will be able to come to the ball, plus I don't want to, bye kid. Call mom, also I won't be at home for 3 days and I borrowed 1000 dollars. Okay bye"

"WHAT!.3 days? Where are you go-". She cut the call in my face, I needed to have a serious talk with her and Mom, as well as Dad. I was okay with Dad; I mean I promised to take care of them till my death cause my mom said that she was so angry at herself because she gave birth to two daughters.

And I quote "useless daughters, we don't have sons, who will take care of us. They will go with their mate". I was 14. That didn't even bother me. After I promised always to love and care for them, I won't go with my mate.

My mother's hand came crashing into my face saying that I shouldn't even think about disrespecting my mate, she said she was proud of my sister because of her intelligence and looks, she would at least have a decent mate, maybe even an alpha.

This was nothing compared to what caused me to doubt my reasons to live. But why was she bothering me now, I take care of them from afar, I pray for them, I send them the money needed regularly. Whatever family problems are not what I am worried about. I left my house, rode my bike, and rode to our college. My sister and I decided that our pack needed to be educated more and not take the risk of humans finding out, so we built a university.

As I parked my bike, I realized that my cousin's sister, Everly goes to this college, she just graduated a few months ago, she was a brilliant girl, she had to convince her parents to let her study here, they just wanted to get rid of her.

Almost everyone in my family thinks a girl child is a burden. Family is essential to me, well at least those who haven't walked all over me without mercy. I had a big family with lots of cousins, aunts, and uncles. Sometimes it can be a burden,

"I told you no 4 times already, leave me alone!"

My ears sharpened at the sound of crying that sounded a lot like Everly's voice from near the cafeteria located outside of college. Who the fuck is messing with my little sister!

"Come on just a few nights, I would die for those legs you know, don't make this hard for me "Who was this guy, I moved my legs faster and in no longer than a minute I reached outside the cafeteria, had my canines out and twisted the man's hand which was on Everly's shoulder.

As I studied his face, I got more anxious, he was not from my pack, I know everyone in the pack. How is this guy even here?

"Who are you, You're not from this pack, who let you in how dare you to talk to my sister like that. "You can't go around touching people like it's nothing.

"Wow, look at you, even more, gorgeous than your pretty little sister there, the more the better. Look here missy, you don't want to get in trouble with me. I am sure your alpha won't mind once he finds out who I am. And I must say, your pack has the hottest female wolves.  My gang and I are having so much fun lately, I want to take every one of them home"

I wanted to laugh at his face, Alpha, he thinks it is a he?! So this is the little rat that has been causing so much trouble. I feel like tearing his throat. Why am I not surprised that he thinks the alpha is a he? Cause there has never been a female alpha ever! I wanted to scream in his face that I am the Alpha, let alone the only known female alpha to ever exist... sadly, the stupid mindset of people. Why don't they ever let a woman be the alpha? All my warriors are women because I wanted to prove the world wrong in their belief that a woman is never equal to a man.

"Buddy you don't want trouble with me either, I am sure the alpha won't like that you're harassing one of his pack members, and I don't give a shit about whoever you are. You are in another territory, you need to leave before I force you out, and I would rather die than look at your face ever again"

I didn't want them to know that I was the alpha, was I proud of my position. Absolutely. I had to fight so many wolves to get this position. The former alpha was drunk and hitting on me about a year ago, I made a deal with him saying that if we fought in the arena and if I won, I get his position, and if I didn't win, he could hook up with me whenever he wanted. He agreed, yes I was scared if I lost, but I had seen this guy fight, and I was sure a 10-year-old could defeat him. I thought wrong though

And I won, broke a lot of ribs, had to get freaking knee surgery like a goddamn grandma wolf who can't fully heal . After I won, like 2 months later the elder wolves said that if I wanted the position I had to fight 4 more of the strongest wolves in our pack. I thought that I could never win but I did.

I won. And it took all the strength I had to stop myself from saying 'HA! In your dumb old wrinkly faces. I win!!!'

The pack wasn't happy having a female alpha, we were one of the lowest-ranking packs I wanted to win the hearts of my pack members so, for 10 months I worked my ass off. I made the Blood Stone pack,(my pack)the second largest and greatest pack in all of America

Something was off, that scent, who is it, a very captivating scent,  feels like it's gonna hypnotize me. Whatever who cares, now I have to deal with this asshole

"Dude let's go, I am sick of taking you here and there, for you to simply be messing with women, also I have been getting a strange scent nearby for a while now. , And it's getting strong-"

I turned to the deep voice behind me, my eyes locked with another pair of electric blue eyes, he is tall. I hate him already, I was jealous of guys and how tall they were. He was about 6 maybe 6'2. I looked short in my 5'7 figure. He has straight jet black hair that fell over his forehead and covered thick brows. Sharp nose, strong jaw, broad shoulders, and thin lips,at least makes me feel better about mine.

"Mine "he growled. Huh?.....Huuhhh??? NO!

Ehh?Mine?When the fuck did I sign myself to this guy?!
