Chapter 86

Natalie

It was dark when she woke up. She looked out the windows and it was dark indeed. She woke up to find that she was in a beautiful room. There was a glass of water with two Advil and she took one of the pills, because she had a slight headache.

She found that she was in the same clothes and when she looked at her watch, she found that it was past midnight.

Natalie got out of the bed and sat on the edge because her head was throbbing. She somehow got her bearings and walked to the door.

She tried to hear any of the sounds, but when she heard nothing, she tried the door. It opened and Natalie walked out. There was a railing and she walked up to it, only to find that she was in a sprawling mansion, and there was no one there but two men guarding the door, and when one of them saw her, he spoke something in his Bluetooth speaker, which Natalie couldn’t hear.
