CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND FOURTY EIGHT

SALLY'S POV

I walked back to my room and lay in my bed soaking my pillow with tears. After crying for the whole day, I neither ate lunch nor dinner. Sarah and Ralia with the help of Mom made so mu h attempts to being me out of my room but it was all to no avail, as I have already made up my mind to stay put in the room.

I stayed in there until my dad and brother returned to the house. Immediately I heard my dad's voice, I rushed out of the house to welcome him. I hugged him passionately, and he did the same. I was sure he had missed me so much, the same way I had missed him.

I stayed with Dad throughout the day and even slept in his room. I woke up the next day feeling even better and more relieved.

"Sally, come see, come!" Sarah screamed in excitement, as she hurried towards me with her phone.
