CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY FOUR

ALPHA DEREK'S POV

I stood up from the floor and walked out of the kitchen, I didn't want to eat the food anymore. I had less than an hour to leave the pack house because I didn't want to ruin my plan, by interfering in the meeting, and if I was home I would interfere.

I wanted to visit the market square, I wanted to listen to the gossip talk about me, so I would know what they thought about me and how they saw me, and also what they wished me. I promised to deal with Sarah the next day for ever daring to touch me.

I walked back to my room, wore a disguise, and left the pack house for the market. I found a spot to seat in the middle of some women who were selling fruits with their trays in front of them, on small stools.

They all sat on a long pavement, thinking I would be a good customer, they allowed me to sit on the pavement with them, and I ordered some fruits to keep myself busy.

They had so much to talk about, and the way time flew was something shocking. I was seated there
