ALPHA DEREK'S POV Yes, I got stabbed, but y'all don't forget so quickly that I can't die. I held the sword tightly ignoring the blood that was gushing out of my palm. SALLY'S POV My eyes and mouth went agape, my heart sank into my stomach, and I felt a drop of tears escape my left cheek. ALPHA DEREK'S POV Sally and I didn't speak to each other for days. She was busy with god knows what, while I prepared my warriors for battle. I haven't decided what I would do with alpha Lucas yet, but for all the packs that attacked my pack while I pretended to be sick, I will ensure to deal with them all personally. SALLY'S POV "Why do you look so pale and sober?" Sarah asked me as she served me with a cup of water to cool myself. I lay in her bed facing the ceiling, it's been a long we met and I have missed her. I wanted to spend time with her and get the thoughts off my head, but it wasn't working. "I am such a bad person", I replied sadly. "What have you done?" She asked, and she sat beside me. She still held the cup in her hand so I sat up and took it from her. "Alpha Derek and his warriors left for battle earlier today, I'm such a terrible mate, this is his first battle after we became cool and I'm not by his side. SALLY'S POV The whole issue was stressing me out. I retired to my room to rest, the whole day was stressful, I was completely stressed out.
