CHAPTER NINETY FOUR 

SALLY'S POV

"Why do you look so pale and sober?" Sarah asked me as she served me with a cup of water to cool myself. I lay in her bed facing the ceiling, it's been a long we met and I have missed her. I wanted to spend time with her and get the thoughts off my head, but it wasn't working.

"I am such a bad person", I replied sadly.

"What have you done?" She asked, and she sat beside me. She still held the cup in her hand so I sat up and took it from her. I drank the content, emptied the cup, and placed it on the table beside the bed.

"Alpha Derek and his warriors left for battle earlier today, I'm such a terrible mate, this is his first battle after we became cool and I'm not by his side. I didn't even wish him well before he left", I complained sadly.

"That is bad, but don't worry, he's going to understand your point of view as well", Sarah replied.

"The truth is that I'm also bothered about alpha Lucas, he has been accused wrongly by the thugs that attacked us the other day.
