Chapter 214 Bad Intentions

“Congratulations, Eva.”

“Mommy, congratulations to you.”

Smiling, Eva picked up her glass to return the toast to all three of them. “Thank you.”

Nathan and Eva drank the red wine while the children gulped down their juice.

After that, all four of them began digging into their meal. The children were still too young, and Eva patiently helped them peel the shrimps, deshell the scallops, and prepare the crab meat.

The children ate happily, but she did not eat much.

She suddenly noticed her plate was filled with crab meat that had been peeled for her. She looked up and saw Nathan staring at her.

This made Eva feel a little awkward.

“You should eat too.”

Nathan clinked glasses with her and coughed softly. “What are your next plans?”

When it came to talking about work, Eva immediately became focused.

“I’ll be reclaiming the land and planting boutique flowers, of course!”

Eva began talking about it excitedly. “I’ve already decided on the land to reclaim. It’s not far from Cloudy H
