Chapter 917 If Only She Looked At Him A Little Longer.

In the hospital, Penny had taken care of Caleb all morning and then inquired with the doctor about when he could be discharged.

"At least another half a month, depending on Mr. Fergerson's recovery," the doctor replied.

Penny nodded and brought Caleb his lunch.

Caleb now had a phone by his side, presumably brought over by Sebastian.

She noticed her phone was also set up.

Caleb had just turned on the phone when it started ringing. It was a call from a helper at Kensington Gardens.

Unable to hold the phone due to his weakness and also needing to eat, Caleb put it on speaker.

"What is it?"

"Sir, Ms. Lopac has been waiting here for you since last night."

Caleb stiffened and instinctively looked at Penny. He remembered he had impulsively told her he was going to marry Chelsea.

Penny was someone who took things very seriously and probably believed his words.

He had just managed to hold her hand quietly last night. He did not want their relationship to regress.
