Levi spat out another mouthful of blood, this time out of fear.

He realized that Caleb was serious, actually planning to secretly send him out of the country.

It was just a woman. Why was Caleb so concerned?

His pupils constricted sharply. “Caleb, you can't possibly be…”

Before he could finish, Caleb’s shoe pressed against his face. Caleb treated him like some disgusting trash.

“Levi, once you’ve reformed there, I’ll bring you back when I’m satisfied.”

Levi felt deeply humiliated. His eyes turned bloodshot as he struggled in vain.

He was originally on his way to have dinner with Charlotte. He was about to meet his crush, but he was intercepted and brought here by Caleb’s men.

Blood continuously dripped from the corner of his mouth. His teeth were clenched tightly.

Just as Caleb was about to order his men to take Levi away, his phone rang. It was a call from Amber.

“Aunt Amber.”
