“I don’t feel good,” I whispered. “I’m burning up.”
“I know I can feel. Let me get you some water.”
I glanced down at my leg. The crystallization had spread and now my entire leg was blue and shiny.
I looked over at Cedric to see his entire arm was blue. “Are you okay?” He asked.
“Perfect,” I breathed. “Never been better.”

“That loss of eye sight must be hitting you now.”
“Do you think we’re gonna make it?” Cedric questioned.
