Chapter Thirty Five

“ Tina Walker! ” A young man clad on a white suit called out to gain her attention.

Tina stared back at her groom on set “ Is there anything you need?”

“Nothing much. The director said we will have to retake the last part. I was wondering if we could rehearse a bit”

Tuna adjusted her veil and nodded in agreement. Before she could speak, her assistant passed her cellphone to her.

“ Hales?” She asked no one in particular. Remembering the groom before her, she raised her index finger at him before walking off to receive the call.

“ Walker, do you know the number of times I've called? Are you ignoring me now that you're popular? ” A sultry voice sounded over the phone.

Tina smiled warmly at the voice she heard. “ Are you finally back?”

“ Well, partially. Partially. I will stay if there's a reason for me to stay. As for now, I came with only one intention; your engagement. ”

The look in Tina's face changed at the mention of engagement. It's been more than a week but not once had Quin
