Rene nodded her head and the both of them went towards the gadgets .

" Miss , here ! " said a servant and handed her over the tools .

" Thank you ! " said Charlotte and took the bag with tools then sat down on the chair and took a look at the washing machine .

" Do you need help ? " asked Rene .

" I do , but not now . I need to check the problem first . " said Charlotte .

Charlotte started to open the casket of the washing machine and looked at the electric cables inside .

" What is she doing ? " asked one of the maids .
