At that moment, Theodore felt a wave of regret. He shouldn't have shared these unverified statements with Willow, causing her emotions to swing dramatically.

By the time they returned home, it was already quite late.

"You're finally back! You found Yasmine, right?" Penny had been waiting at home, anxious that Yasmine might come home and find no one around.

Theodore gently wrapped an arm around Willow and nodded to her. "She's back, so don't worry."

"That's good. Jessica isn't answering my calls either. I wonder where she's gone. I'll message her to let her know and to come back early."

"Okay."

"What's wrong with Willow?" Penny noticed that Theodore was holding Willow, who looked pale and weak as if she had suffered some great shock.

"She's just tired," Theodore replied casually.

He instructed Kathy to heat a cup of milk, then accompanied Willow upstairs to rest.

Once in the room, the curtains were drawn, and a warm yellow lamp illuminated the space, making it feel much cozier.
