Selene’s POV

I fondled her in my arms, unable to let her go, I just couldn’t do that to my baby.

She looked pale, and almost lifeless, her eyes were closed shut, and I could see the traces of tears at the corner of her eyes, she was crying in her sleep, I could only imagine what she was seeing while still in a coma, maybe it was the last memory of her father acting so cruelly.

“She calls for you in her sleep” Lucian’s voice abruptly tugged into mind.

I felt my heart break into a million pieces all over again. The last time I held her, she was crying in my arms, her body was hot and I feared she wouldn’t make it out alive.

“I believe, you can heal her if you put your mind to it, over the years, wolves who had been granted a second chance, mostly as spiritual healers were able to heal people they are connected to, maybe family, or out of sheer kindness, if you can do it again, she night wake up” Lucian said.
