Anita
It's been three days since I saw her, three days since she saved my life. I wear her jacket when I sleep as a way of comfort. I just imagine her holding me, snuggling in her scent. I've been able to sleep these last few nights and I've never felt better. I tried to find her, to return the jacket, but I had no luck.I was at the restaurant, just starting my shift when our monthly trouble walked in. They always feel me up like I'm a piece of meat and then trash the place. I back myself in the corner as tears roll down my cheeks. I close my eyes as the five of them close in on me. I hear grunts and open my eyes to the Dhampir, fighting off the perverts. They all start running away with fear in their eyes, the rest of the diners looking at her with a mixture of fear and fascination. She turns to me still in her vampire form and looks at me with concern. She walks up to me, caressing my face as she shifts back to her human form. She wipes away my tears and I step closer to her.I meet her eyes and she smiles lightly. "I don't normally fight against humans," she says and I let out a laugh. "What is it with you and getting into trouble?""Trouble just seems to find me, but I have you to help me," I say quietly and smile sheepishly.Murmurs fill the restaurant and I turn to see everyone looking at us. The Dhampir faces them and they all look at her as if they couldn't believe what they were seeing. "It's the Dhampir, the legends are true," a woman near us exclaims with a smile."It's an honor to meet you Dhampir," a middle aged man says, bowing his head."Mackenzie, my name is Mackenzie," she says with a light smile. "You need not bow to me, I am nothing but a killer.""You're the daughter of Lady Olivia Kingsley and if the legend is true, you only kill vampires," the man says with a smile."I'm also the daughter of a murderer, I don't deserve praising," she says quietly as tears roll down her cheeks."You've been protecting humans for hundreds of years and that my friend outshines who you come from," the same man says with a smile.I take her hand and she looks at me. I smile lightly and she returns it. My boss walks out, curious of the commotion. "I pay you to take customers orders Anita, not talk with your girlfriend," he grumbles with a scowl on his face.I lower my head, letting her hand go. I don't do well with any form of yelling. "Sorry Sir," I murmur quietly."One more strike and you're fired," he growls and I flinch as tears fill my eyes.I turn to walk away when I felt Mackenzie take my hand. I look back, looking between her and my boss with scared eyes. "She was thanking me for saving her life. Your employee was nearly sexually assaulted in your restaurant," Mackenzie says in a protective tone."Who do you think you're talking to," Mr Jones snarls in her face."Sir, do you know who you're talking to," the man from before asks and Mr Jones turns to him. "She's the Dhampir, Mackenzie."Mr Jones turns to Mackenzie with a skeptical look and says, "Prove it."Mackenzie shifts, getting in his face and I swear his face drained of all color. She shifts back, smirking at him. "Now, can I get something to eat," she asks and he nods vigorously. "Anita keeps her job, got it?""Y-y-yes," he stammers."I'll have two specials and Anita will join me," she says lacing her fingers with mine. "We're having what you humans call our first date."I feel my face heat up with a blush and avoid eye contact. I've never done this before and I'm afraid I'll mess it up. Mr Jones leads us to a special table and Mackenzie pulls out a chair for me. I smile lightly at her and take the offered seat. She sits across from me and it felt as if we were the only two here."I bet you've been on thousands of dates over the centuries," I say quietly and she shakes her head. "Why not? You're gorgeous, who wouldn't want to date you?""I kept my head down. I would keep myself distant from humans as much as possible. I only interacted with them when needed. You're the first I actually got close to," she says quietly, looking down in her lap. Tears fill her eyes and her voice wavers as she says, "Of all the humans I kept safe from vampires, I failed the one human who needed me more than others."I asked witches to bring her back and make her immortal, but they said they couldn't mess with the balance of nature. To bring back one life would mean taking away another," she chokes quietly and looks up at me. "People were afraid of me, until I met you. The couple who ran the tavern kicked me out after what happened to my mother. I didn't blame them, they had their children to protect and if I stayed there, it was a matter of time before they were targets as well.""Your mother's death isn't your fault Mackenzie," I say in a soothing whisper and reach over the table for her hand. "Did you send for him?""No," she chokes quietly."Than it's not your fault. Your mother protected you even after your change. She loved you and that's what matters Mackenzie," I say softly and she gives me a light smile."I'm sorry you had to grow up the way you did," she says in sympathy and I give a small smile."Our best wine," Mr Jones says nervously pouring us each a glass. "Your food will be out shortly, your Grace.""That's a first," Mackenzie says with a laugh. "Just call me Mackenzie or Mack."We talked more as we drank our wine and ate at the delicious food. She told me what she witnessed over the years and I held onto every word. The restaurant was becoming empty as the night drug on. Watching her facial expressions as she told her life's journey was heartwarming."I'm sorry, I've been talking this whole time and you didn't get a chance to tell about yourself," she says apologetically as she blushes slightly."I loved listening to you," I say with a smile and she turns her head in embarrassment. "I just can't get enough of that accent."She clears her throat and looks at me. "I'm surprised it hasn't changed over the years," she says quietly and looks toward the window. "The sun is rising, we've been talking all night."I let out a disappointed sigh and she looks at me with concern. Tears fill my eyes and ask in a wavering whisper, "I guess this means we go our separate ways? I have to sleep for another shift tonight.""Let me walk you home," she says softly with a light smile and I let out a relieved breath. "That is what humans do right? They take their date home?"I nod lightly and we walk to my house in comfortable silence. I face her when we get to my front door and meet her eyes. "I have your jacket, you left it that night," I say quietly and open the door to let her in. "I've been wearing it to bed and it's helped me sleep."I feel my cheeks grow hot from embarrassment as I hand her the jacket. I hug my arms to my chest as tears roll down my cheeks and she gingerly wipes them away. "You'll see me again," she says softly and I meet her eyes. "I came to the restaurant last night because I wanted to see you again. There's something drawing me to you and I couldn't stay away any longer."I smile lightly at what she said and felt a rupture of butterflies swarm in my stomach. I only get this feeling around her and it stops when she's not around me anymore. "I feel the same way, I couldn't find you," I say quietly and she smiles bashfully. "Thank you for tonight.""You're welcome," she says with a smile and kisses my cheek.I got a tingling feeling where her lips touched and wanted more. While I was collecting my thoughts, Mackenzie slips out the door. I let out a sigh and head for a shower. I just let the water run down my body, not bothering to wash my hair. I stay there until the water runs cold and step out to dry off. I carelessly put on clothes and curl up in my bed, missing the scent from her jacket.MackenzieHer scent was in my jacket and this time instead of picturing my mother, I picture the raven haired beauty. I was waiting for her outside the restaurant for her shift to start so I could explain why I ran off the way I did. I got this weird feeling in my stomach and my lower member was getting hard like that night. She is the only one who has ever had this affect on me.I panicked and had to leave. I had the urge to strip her clothes and I didn't want to do that, not without her consent and especially not this soon. That's if she even wants to take whatever this is further. I had to look up how to get rid of my literal growing problem and it felt good.I didn't realize how much time passed until her boss came outside and asks nervously, "Have you seen Anita? She was supposed to be here an hour ago, but she can take time off if she needs it."Alarmed of her safety I took off towards her house. I should have gone there and walked her to work. I saw no sign of her anywhere and I started to panic. I knock on her door and with my heightened hearing, I could hear muffled sobs from inside. I let out a relieved breath and let myself in. I follow the sounds of her cries to a room and could see her curled up in her bed.I pull off my boots and lay behind her, holding her to my front. She instantly calms down and I kiss her shoulder. Her breathing shutters as she calms from her sobs and snuggles as close to me as she could. The friction against my bulge caused me to twitch in my pants. My breaths shutter as she does it again and I let out a soft moan. I hold her hips still as I felt myself start to rise against her.I hear her breaths slow as she falls asleep and tuck hair from her face. She seemed peaceful and I smile lightly knowing I was probably the cause of it. Feeling a little tired myself, I close my eyes and bury my face in her hair. Our bodies fit like they were made for each other and I was soon asleep with the woman who has recently invaded my dreams.I woke the next morning to what felt like a weight on top of me. I open my eyes and we had managed to end up with her laying on top of me like the night on the couch. I could feel myself knocking between her legs and she grinds down on my bulge. I moan quietly trying to keep my composure. She grinds harder and faster in her sleep and I couldn't take it anymore.I roll is so I was on top and her eyes flew open. My breathing was ragged and I was hard against her groin. I plant my face in her neck and tried to think of anything to help me soften. She runs my back as I try to calm myself down. "If I did that, I'm sorry," she says in sympathy and I look down at her. "Would you like me to help you get rid of it?"The sultry in her tone made me moan and thrust my hips upward involuntarily. Her eyes darken with desire and smirks as she kisses her way down from my mouth. Each kiss set my skin on fire and I wanted more. My breaths hitch as she reaches for the belt on my waist. She looks at me, looking for my permission and I nod vigorously. She slowly undoes my belt, smirking as my breathing quickens. She was straddling my legs as she slowly unzips my pants, pulling them down off my waist. Her eyes widen at the bulge in my boxers and looks at me with a hunger in her eyes. She runs me over my boxers and I moan, eyes rolling in the back of my head. My hands grip the sheets as she slowly pulls my boxers off.My bulge stood at attention, waiting for whatever she was planning to do. She takes me in her hand, slowly stroking my length and my breaths shutter at her touch. "Does this feel good," she asks in a seductive whisper as she strokes faster and faster. I answer her with a moan and she smiles seductively. She lowers her mouth, keeping eye contact and says, "You should enjoy this."Before I could say anything, she licks up my length before sucking on my tip. "Anniitaa," I moan quietly and she starts bobbing, taking all of me in her mouth. It was pleasurable and I couldn't help but thrust my hips for more friction. Just before I'm able to release she stops and I groan in frustration. She giggles as my erection falls flat against my stomach. She bites her lip and gets off the bed. She strips her clothes slowly and I felt myself twitch. She goes in the end table and pulls out a small packet.Still trying to catch my breath, I look at her confused as she opens it. She slides it down my erection and I moan at her touch. She straddles me again, lifting to her knees as she positions me between her legs. Our breaths hitch as she slowly lowers onto my lap, touching skin to skin as I fill her up. Her eyes are hooded as if that one motion I slid over all her sensitive spots. She leans down, kissing me passionately as she slowly moves her hips. We moan in unison and I sit up with her legs wrapped around my waist. I rock with her and that feeling in my stomach came back and spread through my whole body. I could feel tears, but they weren't mine. I break from the kiss and Anita looks at me with compassion. "Do you feel it," she asks in a breathy moan.I place my hand over the beat of her chest and her lower lip quivers with a trembling smile. I kiss the pulse of her neck and gently bite her skin. She moans, nails raking down my back. She tilts her head, giving me better access and I kiss up her neck to her jaw. I could feel myself close to release and judging by her contracting around me, she was too."Mackenzziieee," she moans as her hips start to shake. "I-I need mooorree."I flip us so she's on her back and move my hips faster, harder. Her back arches and I know I've hit her at the right spot. The headboard bangs against the wall as I continue thrusting into her. Her head falls back against the pillow and I feel as she comes around me as I fill the condom. I move slowly let us ride out our high and she reaches up to caress my face."Stay with me, please," she pleads as tears fill her eyes."It would be rude not to," I say in a breathy whisper and give her a kiss. "It's kind of why I left in such a hurry earlier. I didn't...""Shhh," she says quietly as she pulls me down for a kiss. "Lay with me."We lay with me spooning her and she lets out a content sigh. I nuzzle my face in her hair and breathe in her scent. "I'm glad I waited three hundred years for this, there's no one else I would have rather done this with," I say quietly and kiss her shoulder."I really am your first time," she asks looking back at me."Yes," I choke quietly.Tears fill her eyes and I could see a pain in them. "I wish I could have been your first. One of the boys in the orphanage forced themselves on me when I was sixteen. I had an abortion. You're the first since then to touch me," she chokes quietly and I suddenly felt rage from what I was told."I'm sorry, I would never do anything without your consent," I say softly and hold her close to me.She silently sobs, rolling to hide her face in my neck. I stroke her hair and kiss the top of her head. "I'm here Anita, I won't let anyone hurt you ever again," I say in a protective whisper.MackenzieIt's been a few weeks since I met Anita. We haven't gone further than kissing since that night. I'd patrol the streets while she worked her shifts and walk her home at night. Some nights I'd stay because she needed help sleeping after nights of tossing and turning with nightmares of the night she was raped. I feel bad for being the cause and started wearing compression shorts so she doesn't feel my bulge when we cuddle. She noticed them when she walked in on me changing for bed. She stopped me from putting my night clothes on, wanting skin to skin contact while she slept. I'd wrap my arms around her as she snuggles up at my side with her head on my chest. I'd stroke her hair in silence as her breathing slowed down with her falling asleep.I'd wake up to her playing with my hair, looking down at me with loving eyes. "Good morning," she murmurs quietly on her day off."Good morning," I say in a husky whisper from sleep. Her eyebrows furrow in concern and says with worry, "You'
MackenzieThe four of us were back at Anita's place. The three of them were getting to know each other while I was cooking in her kitchen. It was my mother's chicken pot pie. I have not altered it in three hundred years. Everything is made from scratch and the smell brought them into the kitchen as I peeked in her oven to test the crust of the pie. While Anita had her eyes closed her parents pushed her into my arms. I caught her balance and her breaths hitch as she meets my eyes. For a moment it's as if we're the only two here until the timer for the oven goes off. We jump apart and Anita bites her bottom lip. I set the pot pie on a warming plate and cut it into even portions.Everyone takes a seat and takes a cautious bite. Anita moans in delight and I blush. She made that sound just a few hours ago, but for a different reason. I squirm in my seat as I felt slightly aroused by her moaning. Her parents chuckle, looking between us and I look away from Anita. "Mackenzie, this is nothing
MackenzieA few days have passed since Anita reunited with her parents and finding out the truth about why they gave her away. It was their was of protecting her. They didn't know she'd be put through what she had to live through. It's also been as many days since my last vampire and I'm feeling drained again.I've been avoiding Anita because last time I was lucky not to hurt her. I just finished a shower after a long excruciating night of patrolling and no blood for nearly a week. I'm about to climb in bed when an unexpected knock is at my front door. I numbly walk over, struggling to open it.Bright light from the sun blinds me and I hiss as I shield my eyes. The familiar, intoxicating fragrance fills my nose as delegate hands caress my face. She gently pushes me in and enters, closing the door. "Oh my God, Mack," she chokes with worry."You shouldn't be here, the urge for blood is strong," I strain in a whisper as I fight the urge to sink my teeth in her flesh. "If I'm going to be

My parents stocked her fridge with blood so she had an emergency stash in case there were no vampires for her. She doesn't go more then two days and only drinks enough to keep the bloodlust away.I woke up in her arms with the urge to get sick. I scramble out of her arms and into the bathroom. I just make the toilet and moments later feel her rubbing my back. I wipe my mouth and rest against Mackenzie. She rubs my stomach and I let out a relieved breath. Then it hits me, I never get sick. I reach under the sink and take out one of the tests that Mackenzie had bought a few days ago when I missed my period. We both agreed to wait for other symptoms because work at the restaurant has been stressful the last two weeks. Mackenzie helps me up and I pee on the stick that will literally change everything. I place it on the sink and sit back on the floo
AnitaI woke up to my alarm for work. I'm dreading going in tonight. I just confirmed I'm pregnant, I'm dizzy and nauseated. Another reason I dread going to work tonight is because of my boss. He's been a real asshole lately and threatening to stick Mackenzie on him has done no justice.I groan, reaching over to shut off the annoying blaring beeping from my alarm clock. Yes, I still use an old fashioned alarm clock and not my cell phone. I feel someone else hitting the button from behind me and realized it was Mackenzie. She kisses my temple and I relax against her. "Did you want to work tonight," she asks in a soothing whisper, caressing my stomach.I look at her over my shoulder as tears fill my eyes and she kisses my forehead. Mackenzie I was staring down at the woman who is not only my grandmother, but the witch who could make it possible Anita spends eternity with me. It's been five minutes since I asked if she'd help and I haven't gotten an answer. I shake my head in disappointment and walk to the kitchen. I started making up my mother's soup for Anita knowing it helped with her nausea last night. I've been making this soup for three hundred years that I could do it blind.I was so caught up in making the soup that I didn't realize my mother was working alongside me. "I see you still make my soup," she says with a smile."It was all I had to keep you with me all these years," I choke quietly. MackenzieAfter another night of love making, Anita and I went back to her place. My mother had called her asking for us to come back so we could talk. I wasn't looking forward to it, but I always respected my mother and what she said. So I will face whatever is to come next.I was nervous about what they wanted to talk about. Anita picked up on that and squeezed my hand. She smiles and I let out a calming breath. "It's okay Mackenzie, I'm sure they just want to know where we stand. Your mother looked upset after you left. Your grandmother wasn't trying to upset you. She wanted to see if I was worthy enough for you," she says quietly as we reach her front door."That wasn't her decision to make," I say with a hint of anger. She gives me a kiss and opens the front door. To my surprise they were already sitting in the living room with Anita's parents. Their attention drew towards us and my grandmother walked up to me. "Mackenzie, I hope you can forgive me. AnitaAfter breakfast, Olivia took me to the living room. A pillow was placed in her lap and I took the hint to lay down. After the first few strokes of her fingers I let out a relaxed sigh. It was the most I felt relaxed since learning about Victoria's special spell. I close my eyes, focusing on the soothing strokes of Olivia's fingers in my hair. I feel someone sit with my feet in their lap as they gingerly start massaging my aching feet. I groan with relief and open my eyes slightly to see it was Mackenzie. She gives me a light smile and I close my eyes again."How's she doing," I hear my father ask quietly with concern."She's calm Charlie, the most she's been since we learned about her changing," Mackenzie says in a soothing tone."Can I stay here until she wakes up," I hear my father ask with a hint of sadness in her tone. Before anyone could answer, a sudden wave of nausea made me bolt for the bathroom. MackenzieAs we sit, enjoying our cheesecake, the waitress from the other day walks over and gets Anita's attention. "I saw you walk in and thought I'd see how you're feeling after a few days ago," she says with concern."Sure you're not making sure Mackenzie didn't kill me Melissa," Anita asks in a dry tone and Melissa raises her eyebrows in surprise. "I'm the second known human to get pregnant by the supernatural. Pregnancy symptoms are a little extreme, but Mackenzie has been there through it all."I'm getting a break from the constant nausea for the first time in days, can we please go back to enjoying our cheesecake," she asks as her eyes fill with sudden tears."Of course, sorry I bothered you," she says as she walks away.Overwhelmed with emotions, Anita pushes her desert away from her. She gets up without a word, heading for the bathroom. I follow after her and find her breaking down on a closed toilet. Her elbows on her knees as her face was buried in her hands. Her shoulders
AnitaIt's been a few days since we seen Victoria and Jeffery. I was home alone while Mackenzie and her mother walked through town, catching up with each other. She didn't want to leave me alone but I told her I was just going to relax on the couch. My morning sickness has been horrible and thankfully Mr. Jones is understanding about it and gave me time off.My parents had gone to take care of things with their business after someone they recently hired screwed up important meetings with very important clients. They both own a catering business and have a few big weddings to set up for. One of being the Mayor's daughter. With my head spinning and my eyes closed, the doorbell rings. I groan because Mackenzie and my parents have keys to get in. I don't know who could be possibly ringing my doorbell at 10am but I slowly get up and make my way to the door with a slight stumble in my step.My hands shake as I open the door revealing Victoria. She has a slight smile on her face that quickly
