That scenario felt familiar though. I was wearing a white nightgown that looked like Sadako’s taken from the deepest well. How long has my hair grown?

There was an IV drip attached to my arm and beside the bed were beeping machines. I suddenly stood up when the man tried to pull me but I lost my balance as soon as my feet touched the floor.

The guy caught me before I fell and for the first time, our eyes met up close. Those eyes were familiar too. It has lost its anger and was replaced with wonder.
